Can anyone tell me please what are the biggest sources of the real, reliable web traffic (Visitors) on the Internet whether free or paid like Google Adwords, Yahoo Search Marketing. etc.

Free or Paid.. you site has to be dynamic (changing in real time) and has to have rich content which will attract viewers again and again.. apart from that, regularly updated links to other important sites are a big draw too
